The Blue Mountains, is how it is often referred to as. The NilgiriHills, are a range of mountains in the westernmost part of Tamil Nadu state and is surrounded by vested forest within the Nilgiri biosphere with a major population repatriated from Sri Lanka. The village is located bordering the Wayanad district of Kerala.
